Friday September 21st

7:30 - 8:30 ~ RISE & SHINE BEAUTIES!                                                                          

 Optional morning movement - wake up yoga with Naedge Awmonin or running.

8:30 ~ BREAKFAST  

9:45 - 11:15 ~ Stoned intentions & journaling Thank you Twig & Velvet                               

11:15 -11:30 ~ GROUP GUIDED MEDITATION with Kathy & silent time

11:30 - 12:15 ~ SOLITUDE & SILENCE. SERIOUSLY, JUST BE.     

12:30 ~ LUNCH & CANDID CONVOS                                                                                       

Pick your table, pick your topic: Sex, Parenting, Relationships, Careers, Food & Ice Breakers.

1:30 - 3:00 ~  BREAK OUT ACTIVITY TIME or DOWNTIME   

High ropes with static course and zipline, team pod, or escape room .  

3:15 - 4:30 ~ BREAK OUT ACTIVITY TIME or DOWNTIME    

Hiking, wall climbing, archery, crafts with Niki Underwood or nap time.

5:00 ~ COCKTAILS & Socializing                                                                   

5:30 ~ SUPPER

6:45 - 8:15 ~ booty with cindy granley & tarran young                                                                 

8:30 - 10:00 ~ wine tasting with Jennifer marcotte and waterside winery

Saturday September 22nd

9:30 - 11:00 ~ pound & Journaling with alicia mcmane                                      

11:00 -11:30 ~ GROUP GUIDED MEDITATION with Kathy

11:30 - 12:15 ~ SOLITUDE & SILENCE. SERIOUSLY, JUST BE.                                                   

No phones, no books, no music, no heart to hearts. Just you and the sky above you.

Please bring something to help you get your cozy on (yoga mat/cushion/blanket/pillow)

11:00 ~  GET SETTLED IN TIPI & SMUDGING as long as there is no fire ban

12:00am ~ good byes and bagged lunches to go

NOTE ABOUT OUR MEALS:

All meals will be professionally prepared for us by Camp Kindle’s Red Seal Chef. Meals will be served family style and healthy options will be available. Options will be provided to accommodate for dietary food restrictions (allergies, gluten free, diabetic) to ensure that everyone will have the best experience possible. An afternoon and evening snack will be provided. Fresh fruit, a selection of teas/coffee, and infused water will be available at our refreshMEnt station throughout the day.
